CUSTOMER SURVEY RESULTS

Achiever Plus customers respond positively to the latest satisfaction survey for Achiever Plus products and services, and speak openly about GRC concerns and future trends.

A cross-sample of customers were interviewed by an independent research agency to assess customer satisfaction levels, current Governance Risk & Compliance demands and issues and future plans for GRC management. Highlights of the results are shown here. Extract:

Survey Reference: 100 interviews were completed with 100 existing customers of Achiever Plus, from a database of 750 companies
Objectives:.
...to assess the strength and loyalty of the customer base - to measure satisfaction levels and usage amongst various vertical market sectors (nature of business) and the different types of customer;

.....to gauge the performance of Achiever, its relative strengths and weaknesses within the market;

....to understand the factors of importance that drive customers to choose particular GRC software solutions;

....to look at future intention to use.
Over 90% (94%) of all customers see software solutions as the way to ease the expected increased burden of future compliance.
Response highlights:Over 90% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied, with both Achiever the organisation and Achiever Plus the product

Compared with competitor providers Achiever rates significantly better, almost half (45%) see Achiever as better.

There are an estimated 120 decision makers who would recommend Achiever to colleagues. One in four customers are positive Achiever ‘Promoters’ – and would recommend them.

Those customers interviewed handle on average four different areas of GRC.

The main areas of GRC dealt with are Quality Issues (and the supply chain), Health & Safety, Industry Specific Standards & Financial Issues.

Almost 80% of customers see the burden of GRC increasing, and 94% say that software solutions are the way to ease this future burden.
