Abstract:
"Achiever Plus is a mature, roles-based compliance management platform that can be used to address multiple standards, or compliance requirements. Based around a controls management framework, and a central document repository, it is available on either Lotus or Microsoft platforms. Achiever Plus is provided as a series of modules and configurable databases, and is already being used to address 38 different compliance requirements. Achiever Plus aligns very well with Butler Group's opinion that organisations should not deploy 'point solutions' for compliance, and Butler Group believes that Achiever has a clear lead over those vendors 'bolting-on' compliance modules to existing packages, because of both the reusability of the platform, and the demonstrable domain knowledge that the company has across the compliance arena.
